When hiring a videographer and photographer for your special event, there are lots of questions that come up from our potential clients. Can I review the video before it’s finalized?
Yes, you can review the video before it’s finalized. After you submit your order, we will send you a draft version of the video within 24 hours. You can watch the draft video and provide us with your feedback and suggestions. We will then revise the video according to your preferences and send you the final version within another 24 hours. You can review the final video and request any minor changes if needed. We want to make sure you are satisfied with the video you receive from us.
Can I help pick the music for the video?
Yes, you can help pick the music for the video. We have a large library of licensed music tracks that you can browse and choose from. You can filter the tracks by mood, genre, energy level, and lyrics to find the ones that suit your video best. You can also preview the tracks and see how they fit with your video footage. If you have a specific song in mind that is not in our library, you can contact us and we will try to obtain the license for it or suggest a similar alternative. We want to make sure you are happy with the music choice for your video.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend that you book our services at least two weeks in advance of your desired delivery date. This will give us enough time to create a high-quality video that meets your expectations and specifications. However, we also accept last-minute orders, subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need a video in a shorter time frame. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
